Kaleo Sermon Notes from Sept. 14, Day 2- No Perfect People Allowed, "On the Outside Looking In"

[Mar 10:48 ESV] 48 And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he cried out all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"

You can't wait for the perfect opinion when you cry out for the help of Jesus. Notice the rebuke that this blind man experienced when he took action to remedy his situation. The crowd around you, who are not filled with the Holy Spirit, will always try to bring you down when you receive a vision that requires faith and action. They will attempt to discourage you and often tear you down. You will always have to overcome the crowd to fulfill your vision that God has called you to.

This is where perseverance is key. Be determined and fight through the naysayers to achieve what God desires from you. Take Nehemiah for example (read Nehemiah 4).

*Life Point* Never confuse the will of the majority with the will of God
