Ephesians 5:22- Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to
the Lord.
Colossians 3:18- Wives, be subject to your husbands, as is
fitting in the Lord.
-The duty as wives according to this verse is to submit
themselves to their husbands just like they submit themselves to the Lord.
Think about the implications of that for a bit. This is a revolutionary concept
if one considers the appropriate attitudes and demeanor that should the focus
as women. God has high expectations and so should husbands according to this
verse.
