[Mat 22:1-2 ESV] 1 And again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying, 2 "The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son,"
Notice here who the wedding feast is for. It's all about Jesus Christ. It's His Kingdom. We are able to partake in it, but He is who it is all about. Tony Evans one time made this statement about the theme of the entire Bible, which I think is on point, "The Bible is about the glory of God through the advancement of His Kingdom." The Bible tells us not to think of ourselves more highly than we ought (Romans 12:3). Remember to glorify Christ as the center of things and you will do well. Esteem Him highly. The wedding feast is for Him.
*Life Point* It's all about Christ, not me, myself, and I.
